Anushay is a dedicated and client-focused attorney who understands the toll that divorce, and custody cases can take your family. She is dedicated to advocating for her clients and easing the transition of these difficult times. Anushay is goal oriented and strives to provide compassionate and practical representation for her clients. Anushay’s practice fields include divorce, child custody, modifications of existing orders, adoption, enforcement, spousal maintenance, protective orders, temporary restraining orders, and child support cases.

Prior to joining Youngberg Family Law as an associate member, Anushay completed a law fellowship at the W.W. Caruth, Jr. Child Advocacy Clinic in Dallas, TX. In this role, Anushay gained valuable experience as an Attorney Ad Litem in child welfare matters. Due to her background, studies, and experience Anushay advocates for her clients and the best interests of the children, she works hard to obtain realistic and positive results for her clients. Anushay attended the University of London and received her Bachelors in Law degree in 2019. She then attended Southern Methodist University and obtained her Master of Laws (LLM) in 2021. Anushay earned a Master of Laws degree in Comparative and International Law from SMU Dedman School of Law in May 2021. As a member of the Women in Law and Family Law Association, Anushay strongly advocates for the rights of the families and children she represents. Anushay has been Bar certified since April of 2023.

Outside of the office Anushay spends her time with her family, traveling, photography, and experiencing new cuisines. Anushay is fluent in three languages: Urdu, Hindi, and English. Anushay also spends time outside of the office volunteering at the local Food Bank and Legal Aid of Northwest Texas. Anushay is looking forward to helping you and your family through this trying time.
